Queen Nefertiti is the still-famous and popular wife of the ancient Egyptian pharaoh of the 18th Dynasty, King Akhenaten, Together, they reigned for 17 years in the 1300’s BC. Among other things, they are most known for their religious revolution of worshiping only one god, Aten, the sun disc.
Leann Schmidt is a local Pittsburgh artist who grew up in East Liberty and now lives in the South Hills.
